Terms of use

The service

Delta Deck is free. It is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or suited to your purpose. There are no payments in the app. We may change or stop parts of it.

What you create

You own what you create here: your session answers, playlists and submissions. You give us permission to store it, to process it to run the product for you, and to show what you choose to publish once it has been approved. Our privacy policy explains how your data is handled.

What you must not do

• Do not submit other people's confidential data, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the protections of the service.

We may remove community content, and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

What belongs to whom

The card text, card artwork, case write-ups and the Delta Deck name belong to Delta Deck. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies discussed.

The physical deck box

The printed box (cards, custom post-it pads and a pen) is available by application, at cost (never more than ₹499), and only in India. We do not guarantee that it will be available, or that every application will be accepted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using Delta Deck or relying on what it shows. The frameworks and examples are prompts for thinking, not professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
